IPL 2020 CSK: Chennai Super Kings will play the tournament first match against the defending champion Mumbai Indians on September 19 at Abu Dhabi.

Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh have decided to pull out of IPL 2020 due to their personal reasons. CSK are still a formidable squad after losing two main players from their team. All doubts about Indian Premier League 13 date, timings and venue have been cleared when BCCI announced the full schedule on Sunday.

The 2020 Indian Premier League, also known as IPL 13 or Dream11 IPL 2020 due to sponsorship reason is scheduled to be held in the United Arab Emirates. A total of 56 matches will be played and each team has to play 14 matches before play-offs in Dream11 IPL 2020.

After VIVO pulling out as the title sponsor of IPL (Indian Premier League) for this edition, fantasy cricket league platform Dream11 has been named title sponsor rights with the bid of US $31 Million for IPL 2020 on 18 August. On 29 August, Indian education technology company Unacademy was named the official partner of IPL until 2022.
